Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our dedicated support team is available at brick@akaautohk.com and typically responds within 48 hours. We take special care with custom orders - all designs are carefully reviewed and confirmed with customers before production begins. While we can't offer refunds on personalized builds due to their nature, we will replace any damaged or defective items if reported within 7 days of delivery (proof of issue required).

Privacy & Safety

We take your security seriously. All personal and payment information is encrypted using industry-standard protocols, and we never share customer data with third parties. Our checkout process is PCI-compliant, offering multiple secure payment options. Please note that our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 6 years old. Adult supervision is recommended during assembly.

Wholesale Enquires

For retailers and businesses interested in bulk orders, we offer custom solutions starting at 50 units. The production lead time for wholesale orders is typically 4-6 weeks to ensure quality and attention to detail.
